TANKER TANK OVER (TTO) PROCEDURE
Authorization confirmation from the port where the transfer is to take place must be obtained.
Environmental insurance must be taken out for possible accidents during the process.
This insurance will be taken out by the buyer at his own expense and will be ratified by the authorities of the country where it is to take place.
This procedure is not recommended, as it poses a risk to the buyer, both financially and environmentally.
Only recommended in the case of a special offer.
The risk of the operation could not be assumed if the port was not completely safe for all purposes.
